The parent company of London-based hedge fund Armajaro Asset Management has named a new chairman.
Armajaro Holdings told Bloomberg that it has appointed Michael Hutchinson to the position, effective next week. The article also said that Hutchinson resigned from the board of Armajaro Trading Group, the trading unit of the holdings group, Tuesday.
Despite his new role, Hutchinson will continue to chair the trading division’s risk committee.
Founded in 1988, Armajaro Holdings’ asset management division manages seven hedge funds.
