The Hedge Fund Association has expanded its presence with the launch of three regional chapters.
HFA, which is an organization that represents hedge funds, service providers and investors, announced Tuesday that it has also appointed three regional directors to oversee its new chapters in Australia, Texas and Utah.
HFA's Australia chapter will be head by Adriana Kostov who is currently the director of compliance and and general counsel for hedge fund firm Excalibur Funds Management, while its Texas location will be led by Mark Feanny. Feanny is noted for co-founding the National Healthcare Development Fund, which takes advantage of the opportunities created by the challenges facing America's healthcare system.
Lastly, Ronnie Hale will head the Utah chapter. He is currently a portfolio manager at Feanny's National Healthcare Development Fund.
With several chapters in the U.S., HFA also has presence in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
