New York-based hedge fund firm 400 Capital Management has expanded its investment and operations teams through several hires.
In a statement released Tuesday, 400 announced that one of the new additions is Chi Lee, who is the new director for structured credit and CLO strategies. With previous experience at UBS Securities and Bank of America Securities where he developed and advised on credit derivative structuring, modeling and analysis, Lee will be responsible for the sourcing, analysis, and structuring of CLO's, structured credit and related derivatives opportunities
The other new hires include Kara Bingham Regan, who joined the firm as the director of legal and compliance; Edward Lee, who is the new director for residential credit and whole loan trading; and Yehuda Graber as the new director for enterprise analytics development.
Regan was most recently the chief compliance officer at New York-based investment management firm Sire Management Corporation, while Lee joined 400 Capital from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he traded residential whole loans. Lastly, Graber previously designed and implemented proprietary and third-party analytic systems for the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Founded in 2008 by Chris Hentemann, 400 Capital specializes in distressed credit strategies.
