Indiana Public Retirement System has invested an additional $365 million in new absolute-return hedge fund investments. Pensions & Investments
reported that the pension system committed $100 million each to Emerging Sovereign Group, MKP Capital Management and Kepos Capital. An additional $65 million was allocated to U.K.-based hedge fund firm Oxford Asset Management.
The allocations to all but the Kepos fund were made on March 1; the Kepos investment was made on April 1.
The pension system manages about $27.1 billion for Indiana’s state employees.
