Hedge fund administration firm Apex Fund Services announced Wednesday a new addition to its Bermuda office.
One of David Brown's responsibilities as the new managing director of Apex's Bermuda office will be to target European and U.S. fund managers for both their fund domicile and for the location of their funds’ operations. Brown is replacing founder Peter Hughes, who has managed the Bermuda office since the firm's inception a decade ago.
With ten years of experience in Bermuda's fund administration industry under his belt, Brown was most recently a senior manager of operations at Butterfield Fulcrum, also a hedge fund administrator.
Founded in Bermuda, Apex now has offices throughout the world, including Singapore, Geneva, London and San Francisco.
