New York-based global placement agent firm Stonehaven announced two new additions to its’ senior leadership team as the company continues plans for further expansion. Mark Sullivan, most recently Director of U.S. Sales Management for Man Investments, will serve as Managing Director and Partner – a position closely tied to the firm’s CEO David Frank, per the release. Igor Gourari, with recent roles as CFO of an undisclosed energy fund and multi-national media firm, joins the firm as Controller, according to the release.
Founded in 2001, Stonehaven officials said the additions of Sullivan and Gourari are part of a focused expansion plan of the firm currently comprised of 20 professionals. Once complete, Stonehaven anticipates a network of more than 30 associates managing Stonehaven’s platform which manages over $1 billion in assets, the release stated.
Stonehaven’s areas of focus include hedge funds, private equity, real estate, venture capital, private placements, and long-only strategies.
