Financial advisory firm Mackinac Partners has expanded its service capabilities with the launch of its new business intelligence division.
Mackinac announced Monday that the new unit will offer a combination of corporate due diligence, investigative, cyber security and business intelligence services to various firms including private equity and hedge funds.
Industry veteran Gregory J. Suhajda recently joined the firm as the president of the new division and as a senior managing director of Mackinac Partners.
Prior to joining Mackinac Partners, Suhajda was the president of global risk management and intelligence firm Rehman Corporate Services, and brings over 20 years of investigative and international intelligence experience with him.
Mackinac Partners provides clients a broad range of strategic, operational and financial advisory services.
