Alternative management firm SSARIS Advisors has a new CEO and president.
Pensions & Investments reported that Paul Lucek will replace Mark Rosenberg as CEO of the Connecticut-based firm, while retaining his role as chief investment officer of SSARIS’ hedge fund unit. Similarly, Robert Covino Jr. will combine his new role as president with his current responsibilities as head of business development.
Rosenberg, who is set to retire toward the end of next year, will remain co-chairman of SSARIS' board of directors until 2014. His additional role of global chief investment officer has been eliminated.
SSARIS managed about $1.4 billion in hedge funds and fund of hedge funds as of November 30.
