Institutional investment firm Commonfund announced Wednesday that its subsidiary has promoted its secondaries expert to the position of managing director.
Connecticut-based Commonfund Capital said that Cari Lodge, who has been a major contributor to the organization’s secondaries investment business, will be responsible for leading the unit’s continued growth.
Commonfund Capital president Don Pascal explained that Lodge has “added material value to [the firm] in the secondaries market” since joining the firm last year.
Prior to joining Commonfund, Lodge was a director at Tulane University’s investment management unit where she was responsible for private equity and private real assets investments.
Founded in 1971, Commonfund manages over $24 billion in assets for nearly 1,500 institutions.
