Hycroft, a specialty investment bank focused exclusively on the alternative investments market, has a new managing director.
The New York-based investment bank announced in a statement on Friday that in Kim Pedersen’s new role, he will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and marketing private equity products and services to investors in Northern Europe and in the Western U.S.
With over 17 years of private markets experience under his belt, Pedersen was most recently a managing partner at Seattle-based boutique advisory firm Arrow Point Advisors. Prior to Arrow Point, he was a managing principal at Park Hill group, the alternative asset place agent affiliate of Blackstone Group.
Hycroft caters to a wide range of investment professionals, including hedge funds, institutional investment managers, private equity firms, and pension funds.
